Pay: $2049.12 per week

Shifts: Nights 7PM-7AM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Critical Care
  • Obtain and record initial assessment, establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
  • Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
  • Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care within established timeframes
  • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and evaluation of patient outcomes
  • Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
  • Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
  • Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
  • Utilize effective communication strategies for intended outcomes
  • Delegate unit work assignments and coordinate team assignments effectively

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Critical Care
  • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • Current BLS Certification from AHA required
  • Current ACLS Certification from AHA required
  • Current TNCC Certification required
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
  • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to age/type of patient population served
  • Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care
