Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a critical care/ICU setting
Monitor and assess critically ill patients throughout night shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
Document patient status, progress, and care accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Maintain availability to work weekend shifts as required
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
ICU/Critical Care clinical experience
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts beginning at 7:00 PM
Must be available to work weekends
Commitment to a 26-week per diem contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a high-acuity or Level I/II critical care environment
Familiarity with critical care monitoring equipment and technology
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
