The nurse to patient ratio is 1:2 +/- 1. Floating to a different facility may be required. This role involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. RNs should be prepared to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this position. In addition, the nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
