Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring timely documentation and communication of patient condition changes
• Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to facilitate well-coordinated, comprehensive patient care
• Accurately note and carry out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the broader healthcare team
• Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact eligibility
• Experience in a CCU, ICU, or other critical care setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a stressful, high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to exercise decisive clinical judgment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes and multidisciplinary care coordination
