Key Responsibilities of the ICU Nurse- Perform rapid sequence intubations
- Execute central line placements
- Manage ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, and arterial lines
- Provide care for patients requiring IABP, CRRT, and post-open heart surgery
Requirements of the ICU Nurse- 2 years of ICU experience preferred; 1 year of strong experience considered
- ACLS certification required
