Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac ICU – Colorado

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Schedule: 12-hour shifts available (Day shift: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM; Night shift: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM). Patient ratio: 1 RN to 2 patients in a 16-bed Cardiac ICU unit.
Highlights:
- Work in a specialized Cardiac ICU with 24/7 physician coverage including intensivists, neuro-intensivists, and trauma surgeons
- Care for critically ill cardiac patients utilizing advanced equipment including cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, and Swan-Ganz catheters
- Meditech EMR system
- Collaborative team environment with experienced staff including CNCs, RNs, and PCTs
- Procedures include intubations, central line placement, and comprehensive critical care interventions
- Travel nursing opportunity with potential for professional growth and skill development
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience (required)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications (required)
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience with neurological and medical ICU populations preferred
- Prior Meditech EMR experience preferred
