Key skills include assisting with chest tube insertion, ventilator management, and IV drip titration. The nurse will maintain central and arterial lines as well as provide care for patients on continuous renal replacement therapy. The expected patient ratio is 2-3 patients per nurse. Flexibility to float within the facility is required. Working on major holidays may be necessary. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams including therapy services and pharmacy. Compliance with orientation and onboarding requirements is mandatory for timely start.
