**Job Description:**

- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: N/A
- **Required Certifications:**
- Current Arkansas Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- **Experience:**
- 2+ years in Critical Care required
- Float Requirements: Float to stepdown & med surg
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 32
- Patient Ratios: 2:1, 3:1
- EMR: EPIC
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Critical Care experience
- Must pass medication and math competency test with a 90% or higher
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:**
- CCRN Certification
- **Personality Fit:**
- Looking for upbeat and driven nurses
- Fast-paced unit environment
