**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- **Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- **Number of Openings:** 3
- **Shift:** Days (3x12)
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every other weekend; may vary based on patient census
- **Call Requirements:** None
- **Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Critical Care
- **Float Requirements:** Stepdown
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 36
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:2
- **EMR:** EPIC
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- Provide nursing care for assigned patients during all phases of ICU care
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care according to standards for adult/geriatric patients
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** NHSS certification
- **Personality Fit:** Collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused
