TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37211!

Job Opportunity – Neurovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period; self-scheduling available with manager oversight for balance

Highlights:
  • 16-bed Neurovascular ICU specializing in critical neurological care with advanced life support equipment
  • Patient ratios of 2:1, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and staffing needs
  • Experience with complex equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 hemodynamic monitoring
  • Documentation via Meditech EMR system
  • Unit support includes secretary coverage during day shift and occasional nurse extern assistance
  • Exposure to advanced procedures including central line insertions, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD placements
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in Tennessee (or eligible for licensure)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Previous ICU nursing experience required
  • Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required
