  • 16-bed Neuroscience ICU with diverse, high-acuity patient population
  • Patient ratios of 2:1, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and clinical needs
  • Advanced critical care technology including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems
  • Meditech electronic medical record system
  • Exposure to specialized neuro procedures: central line insertions, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions
  • Unit secretary support during day shift with occasional nurse extern assistance
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ICU nursing experience required
  • Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) will be required
