Description:
The unit consists of 20 ICU beds spread across two floors.
There are five Registered Nurses on each floor, along with a Clinical Nurse Coordinator.
Patient-to-staff ratios are maintained at 1:2.
Standard ICU equipment is utilized, including hemosphere, Prismaflex CRRT machines, and EMR-Meditech.
Typical procedures performed include intubations, bronchoscopy, central line placements, and therapeutic temperature management.
Candidates with neuro ICU experience and EVD management are preferred.
The ideal candidate will exhibit teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
