TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37211!

Job Opportunity – NVICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling flexibility. Schedule created in 4-week increments. Minimum requirement of 4 weekend shifts per schedule period. Manager balances schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.

Highlights:
  • 16-bed Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit with diverse case mix and advanced critical care patient population
  • Patient ratios of 2:1, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and staffing needs
  • Advanced equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems
  • Meditech documentation system for streamlined charting and patient management
  • Unit secretary support available during day shift; occasional nurse extern support as tech
  • Exposure to critical procedures including central line insertion, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • ICU nursing experience mandatory
  • Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required uniform
