Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Oklahoma
Start Date: October 22, 2026
Location: Oklahoma

Schedule: ICU assignment with 1:2 to 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratios. Weekend coverage required. On-call responsibilities included. May float to Med-Surg within scope to meet facility needs. Block schedules available. 12-hour orientation provided.

- Diverse case mix including vascular surgeries (AAA, carotid, cardiac catheterization), general surgeries, respiratory failure, DKA, sepsis, and multisystem organ failure
- Meditech charting system (experience preferred)
- Guaranteed hours with flexible RTO options
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, physical therapy, and radiology
- Advanced equipment including Phillips monitors, ultrasound, Glidescope, Rotobeds, arterial/CVP monitors, Alaris pumps, and ETco2 monitoring
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Previous travel experience required
- Experience with 1:2 patient ratios required
- Community hospital experience required; LTAC experience preferred
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS, and ISTAT
- Skills required: ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration, continuous IV sedation, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia management, chest tube assistance, and ventricular assist device experience
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Non-local candidates only (must reside outside 45-mile radius)
