**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic ICU team committed to providing exceptional patient care.
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility with a 10-bed unit focusing on cutting-edge technology.
**Unit Specifics:**
- Patient Ratios: 2:1, 3:1
- Staffing: Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC), RNs, PCTs, Nurse Externs
- Equipment: Philips Telemetry, Baxter pumps, iMobile, Vents, glucometer
- Documentation System: Meditech Expanse
- Scheduling: Every other weekend, three 12-hour shifts
- Floating Policy: May float to PCU, 3rd floor, or ED
- Required Experience: At least 2 years of ICU experience

- A 173-bed acute care facility with a Magnet® designation for nursing excellence.
- Conveniently located off I-64 in Central Kentucky.
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Required Skills:**
- CPap and BiPap management
- Port access
- Therapeutic phlebotomy
- **Must Have:**
- 2 years of ICU experience
- **Advanced Skills Preferred:**
- Chest tubes, NG tubes, wound vac, drains, post-dialysis assessment
- Central lines, blood transfusion, ventilators
- **Procedures Performed:**
- Telemetry monitoring
- Paracentesis (physician-led)
- BiPap, therapeutic phlebotomy
- **Certifications Required:**
- Active nursing license in good standing (compact if needed)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current NIH certification (annual)
**Dress Code:**
- Required uniform: Navy or gray scrubs
