Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (ICU) – Tennessee

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Self-scheduling with manager oversight, including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule. Floating required as needed for critical staffing needs to Med-Surg or ED units.

Highlights:

• 9-bed Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 and 3:1 patient ratios
• All RN staff model with advanced critical care cases including ventilator management, IV drip titration, and arterial line management
• EMR system: Meditech
• Equipment includes ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, and GE monitors
• Procedures performed: intubation support, central line insertions, and arterial line insertions
• Facility holds Chest Pain Center and Stroke Accreditation

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience with ventilator management, IV drip titration, and arterial line management preferred
• Adherence to patient experience standards including AIDET and bedside shift reporting
• Navy blue scrubs required
