Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $1,801 per week in Tyler, TX

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates must hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Experience with blood product administration and care of ventilated patients is necessary. The nurse will manage patients with acute neurological conditions such as stroke and spinal cord injuries. Experience with the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of EVDs is required. The patient ratio will be up to 2:1 during days and nights. The nurse may be required to float within ICU, IMC, and Tele units as necessary. Weekend shifts will be required, and there is a provision for half of the weekends per contract. All mandatory patient care and charting responsibilities will apply. Candidates must be prepared to complete core onboarding tasks promptly.
