TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Plano, Texas, 75023!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU setting, monitoring and managing critically ill neurological patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for high-acuity patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical changes in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Active RN licensure in the state of Texas or a compact license that authorizes practice in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a Neuro ICU or neurocritical care environment
Familiarity with neurological monitoring equipment and neuro assessment protocols
Previous travel nursing experience
