Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU- Perform and monitor complex patient care in the ICU unit
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Interpret lab results and manage the patient care plan
- Operate and troubleshoot medical devices such as monitors and ventilators
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Requirements of the RN - ICU- Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Experience with procedures such as intubations, central lines, art lines, and more
