Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2-1:3
Maintain ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications and apply advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced critical care environment
Participate in on-call rotations as required by the facility
Float to Med/Surg within scope of practice to support facility staffing needs as needed
Fulfill weekend shift requirements as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact RN license (pending licensure not accepted)
Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required
Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Meditech charting system preferred
Familiarity with Med/Surg float responsibilities
Comfort working within a block schedule arrangement
