Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in dialysis to join our dynamic team. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

  • Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
  • Schedule: Varies Monday to Friday
  • Block Schedules: No

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience is preferred.
  • Inpatient or acute care experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with kidney-related health issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
  • Educating patients and their families about renal health and treatment options.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
