Job Summary
Home Health Infusion Nurse, HH INFS The organization is seeking a qualified Home Health Infusion Nurse to provide outpatient infusion services at multiple locations. This role involves administering chemotherapy and infusion therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 2 years of infusion experience, and must be separated from the organization for 6 or more months and in good standing.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Candidates should have experience with infusion and chemotherapy administration. Willingness to float as needed between facilities is required.
• Submission Requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
• Start Dates: ASAP with biweekly orientation on 09/21/2026 and 10/05/2026.
