Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Deliver Safe and Compassionate Infusion Therapy**
- Administer IV medications and therapies according to established standards.
- Monitor patient responses to ensure comfort and safety.
- **Coordinate Clinical and Administrative Operations**
- Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with providers, payers, and care teams.
- **Educate and Support Patients and Families**
- Provide clear and personalized education about treatment plans.
- Assess patient understanding and document teaching efforts to promote informed care.
- **Ensure Accurate Documentation and Compliance**
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records and logs.
- Adhere to hospital policies for compliance.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of RN experience required.
- One year of acute care experience preferred.
- BSN required.
- Current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred certification: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).
