Travel Nurse RN - Infusion - $2,367 per week in Washington, DC

Shift is from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays required. The ideal candidate will administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments for oncology patients. A minimum of two years of experience in infusion nursing is required. Experience managing a patient ratio of 6-7 patients is preferred. Candidates must have proficiency in accessing and managing ports and central lines. Knowledge of starting and maintaining IVs is essential. The unit treats all solid tumors and various hematological conditions, including Multiple Myeloma and Leukemias. Special procedures may include red blood exchange and bone marrow biopsies. Candidates will work in an interdisciplinary environment with support from social services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
