Nursing Infusion

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Infusion professional to join our team. This position requires proficiency in infusion therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer intravenous medications and therapies to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and medication management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure patient well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • Previous infusion experience is required.
  • Ambulatory EPIC experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including the ability to work 3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts, with availability for two weekends per month.

Work Schedule

This position offers shift options of 3x12 or 4x10 hours, with a requirement of two weekend shifts per month to align with existing staff schedules.

License/Certificate Verification

Candidate must provide verification of nursing license and any relevant certifications.
