# Job Opportunity – Chemotherapy Infusion Registered Nurse – Indiana
Start Date: September 19, 2026
Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (often complete earlier). Some flexibility with hours based on patient schedules may be requested.
Highlights:
- Work in a busy chemotherapy infusion unit providing critical cancer care
- Monday through Friday schedule with half-day Fridays and no weekends
- Administer IV chemotherapy drugs and other intravenous therapies in an acute care setting
- Electronic medical record system: Cerner and Intellidose (TxM)
- Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment patient care and monitoring
- Professional dress code: solid color scrubs in Ceil Blue, Royal Blue, Burgundy/Wine, or Pewter Gray
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Indiana RN license (or compact state license with ability to obtain Indiana licensure)
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification required
- Previous chemotherapy infusion experience strongly preferred
- Chemo certification is a plus but not required if infusion experience is present
- Experience with port access, peripheral IV access, and administering IV therapies
- Ability to assess patients, monitor for adverse reactions, and respond appropriately per protocols
- Experience with Cerner and Intellidose (TxM) systems preferred
