    As a primary liaison, you will coordinate patient care, assist providers and staff, and ensure seamless communication between all parties.     Key Responsibilities
    • Provide professional nursing care to cardiac patients in accordance with established standards and practices.
    • Assist healthcare providers and staff in coordinating comprehensive patient care plans.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, their families, staff, and providers to ensure effective communication and understanding.
    • Monitor patient conditions, accurately interpret EKG readings, and manage cardiac arrhythmias.
    • Administer cardiac medications and perform related procedures as prescribed.
    • Document patient information, assessments, and interventions accurately and efficiently.
    • Receive direction from Providers, Coordinators, and Clinical Managers/Supervisors.
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum of two (2) years of cardiac nursing experience.
    Skills & Competencies
    • Proficient understanding of EKG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiac medications, and cardiac procedures.
    • Completion of a basic coronary class.
    • Strong medical terminology knowledge.
    • Solid grasp of basic nursing principles and procedures.
    • Proficient keyboarding skills.
    • Basic office skills.
    • Ability to provide personalized, compassionate patient care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
