Job Details – Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Bakersfield, California
- Department: Nursing
- Facility Type: 254-bed acute care hospital
- Education: BSN preferred
- Experience: Acute care experience preferred
- License: Active RN license in the state of practice
- Certifications Required: BLS and AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and identify healthcare needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Supervise and delegate duties to nursing staff.
- Educate patients and families.
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe and compassionate patient environment.
