Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) – Night Shift (36 or 48 Hours)

  • Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour or 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 or 48 Hours Per Week
    • Schedule Notes: Fixed night shift (does not rotate).
    • Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (EOW) requirement.
    • On-Call Protocol: No on-call required.
    • Floating Protocol: Floating is required to Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
    • Parking: Free on-site parking provided.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment (11/16/2026 – 02/14/2027) | 1 Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of continuous Adult ICU experience strictly required, preferably within a dedicated Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) [HARDSTOP]. Resume must demonstrate continuous work history in a primary unit setting.
  • Clinical Competencies [HARDSTOP]: Direct proficiency in cardiac telemetry rhythm interpretation (must be able to read tele strips) and demonstrated telemetry competency strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency with Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Massachusetts State RN License strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
