Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a night shift schedule. This position involves working 12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00, with a weekend rotation and the expectation to work every other holiday. Standby call may be necessary as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including occasional ICU/PCU patients.
• Care for patients with varying acuity levels and manage appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Perform assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and educate patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required (AHA only).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg and PCU is required.
• For first-time travelers, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN is required.
• Successfully pass a telemetry exam prior to the start of the assignment.

Contract Details

The position is available for a duration of 13 weeks, with the possibility of a 48-hour contract if willing to work additional weekends.
