- Additional Information: Responsible for integrating evidence-based knowledge into practice, delegation and coordination of nursing care, participating in patient conferences, discharge planning, teaching, mentoring, and serving as a team leader. Must demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. Submission requirements include proof of ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS certifications.
