Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a dynamic healthcare setting. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across various units, with a focus on teamwork and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer day one pass/fail testing as required.
• Utilize Relias practice tests for skill enhancement.
• Effectively manage patient care ratios of 1:4-6.
• Float between departments including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
• Participate in rotating shifts consisting of 12-hour days and nights.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and provide quality nursing care.

Schedule

• Weekly start dates each Monday.
• 12-hour shifts (7p-7:30a and 7a-7:30p), rotating in 4-week blocks.
• Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks during shifts.
• Every other weekend work is required, with specific schedules for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current BLS-AHA certification is required; ACLS-AHA and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience in a Level 1 trauma setting is preferred; if no prior travel experience is present, Level 1 trauma experience will be required.
• Must have been separated from previous employment within the organization for a minimum of 6 months to be considered.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
