Schedule
- Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 4x12-hour shifts
- 36 or 48 hours/week available
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts per schedule period
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Orientation: 24 hours
- 48 hours at straight time allowed
Requirements
- 1.5+ years ICU experience; 2 years preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS
- Strong adult ICU experience
- 1:2 ICU patient ratio experience
- Pending NM RN license accepted
- Must be willing to work weekends
- 50-mile local radius – local candidates not accepted

- Ventilator management and care of ventilated patients
- BiPAP/CPAP and HFNC
- ABG interpretation
- Arterial line management
- Central line/PICC management
- Blood product administration
- Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
- Continuous IV sedation
- IV insulin protocols
- Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
- Acute/chronic renal failure
- CVA/acute stroke management
- Multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- Chest tube care
