Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Poughkeepsie, New York.
The Critical Care Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in a variety of critical care settings. The Critical Care Registered Nurse consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Responsibilities include assessment, continuous monitoring of patient data, management and evaluation of therapeutic measures application of the nursing care plan in coordination with the multidisciplinary team and maintenance of a running record of the patient’s status. The Critical Care Registered Nurse must be prepared at all times to perform advanced cardiac life support and other lifesaving measures for the patients in their care.

Level 2 trauma center, EPIC Charting, Floating within the Critical Care Service Line
Requirements:
2+ years ICU Experience
NY RN License
BLS ACLS NIHSS
