Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar critical care or ICU setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
• EPIC experience required
• Must have CT surgery experience
• Experience with advanced cardiovascular devices such as IABP and IMPELLA
• Ability to provide care in both ICU and IMCU settings
• Must meet applicable rehire eligibility requirements to be considered

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and respond appropriately to emergent needs
• Support patients recovering from thoracic, cardiac, and other complex surgical cases
• Manage and monitor advanced cardiovascular support devices
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed to meet patient care demands
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow unit protocols
