Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar critical care or ICU setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• EPIC experience required
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Ability to work rotating days/nights, every other weekend, and select holidays as needed
• Must be able to float between ICU and IMCU

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor complex conditions, respond to changes in patient status, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patients requiring advanced cardiac, surgical, and critical care interventions
• Provide care for patients using specialized devices and therapies, including IABP and IMPELLA
• Document care accurately in EPIC and maintain clear communication across the acute care team
• Provide flexible support across ICU and IMCU units based on patient needs
