Travel Nurse Job Details

- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
- Schedule: Every other weekend rotation; holiday coverage may be required during winter holidays
- Orientation: Weekly orientation available
- Start Date: 10/5/2026
ICU Registered Nurse Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience or experience in a similar high-acuity critical care setting
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Current ACLS certification through AHA
- EPIC charting experience required
- Experience with CT surgery patients required
- Experience with advanced cardiac devices such as IABP and IMPELLA required
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in weekend and holiday rotation as needed
- Must have been separated from the facility system for 6+ months to be considered
ICU Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
- Support patients with complex cardiac and surgical needs, including CT surgery cases
- Safely manage specialized ICU equipment and devices such as IABP and IMPELLA
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Float between ICU and IMCU as needed to support patient care demands
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow established clinical protocols
- Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment for every patient
