Job Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• ASN required
• 2-5 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• EPIC experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Must be able to pass a tele test on the first day
• Candidates must have been separated from the facility for 6+ months to be eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care for ICU patients in a dynamic float pool environment
• Float as needed between ICU and PCU based on unit needs
• Deliver safe, attentive care during 12-hour night shifts
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow using EPIC
• Adapt quickly to changing patient acuity and unit priorities in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Follow clinical standards, protocols, and assignment requirements throughout the contract
