Job Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• ASN required
• 2-5 years of ICU experience required
• Epic experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to complete onboarding and first-day clinical testing successfully
• Must be available for a 12-hour night shift schedule with every other weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled bedside nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic
• Float as needed between the ICU and PCU based on unit needs
• Maintain a calm, compassionate approach while delivering high-quality patient care
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment
