Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience in a critical care setting
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Telemetry experience required, including the ability to independently read and interpret rhythm strips
• Diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with clinical documentation systems
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the ICU nursing role

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education
• Monitor telemetry data and accurately interpret rhythm strips in a critical care environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to support safe and efficient workflows
• Document and manage patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Enter and interpret computerized clinical information as needed
• Follow nursing department policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Support quality improvement initiatives and assist leadership as needed
