WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. This position offers guaranteed hours and the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Manage ventilators and perform vasoactive and sedation titration.
• Monitor hemodynamic status and recognize/manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
• Deliver post-STEMI care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Float to PACU, Step Down, and ED as needed to care for holding patients.
• Participate in 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of related work experience in an ICU setting.
• Valid MA Nursing License (can apply at time of offer).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• CCR certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic systems is required.
• Successful completion of ECG/Tele and Medications tests during orientation.
