ICU Registered Nurse in en_US This position involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred, NIH Stroke Scale certification, CCRN certification preferred.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Clinical duties include monitoring and managing critically ill patients, administering medications, utilizing electronic fetal heart monitoring, and adhering to hospital protocols. Candidates must have current ACLS certification.
