As an ICU/Dialysis RN, you will provide critical nursing care for acutely ill patients, collaborating with a team to assess, plan, and implement care plans. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure safety standards are met while promoting a positive patient experience. Your role involves leadership responsibilities, including guiding ancillary staff and maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
