Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of ICU nursing experience required
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • BLS and ACLS certification through AHA required
  • Epic experience required
  • Ability to care for critically ill adult patients in a busy ICU environment
  • Strong adaptability and comfort working night shift schedules
  • Ability to work every third weekend

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to critically ill adult ICU patients, including those with medical emergencies, respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-surgical needs
  • Deliver advanced critical care nursing support with close monitoring, assessment, and timely interventions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
  • Document accurately and efficiently in Epic
  • Respond effectively to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced ICU nursing environment
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the shift
