Join a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Brockton, Massachusetts, just south of Boston. This 13-week travel Registered Nurse opportunity offers the chance to provide exceptional care to critically ill neonates and infants in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare setting.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent NICU RN experience required
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
• Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and charge nurse capability preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to perform mathematical computations related to treatment protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates and infants
• Deliver in-house emergency nursing support for full-term and premature infants
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in a high-acuity NICU setting
• Support complex medical and surgical care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensure care is safe, efficient, timely, and culturally responsive to each family
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with patients’ families and the care team
• Use strong clinical judgment to help promote excellent patient outcomes
