Registered Nurse - High Acuity Float Pool / Critical Care (ICU RN) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
    • Weekend Coverage: 3 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule block.
    • Holiday Coverage: Holiday coverage required as scheduled per hospital needs.
    • On-Call / Standby: No On-Call or Standby requirement.

    • Verified prior floating experience strictly required (must be documented via float pool history, travel assignments, or multi-unit cross-floating) [HARDSTOP].
    • EMR Proficiency: Verified hands-on Epic EMR experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
    • Clinical proficiency in reading cardiac telemetry strips, managing mechanical ventilation, and titrating vasoactive/sedative continuous drips strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND OR WILLING TO WAIT - HARDSTOP]: Active Washington State RN License OR Active Multistate Compact RN License required (Facility is willing to wait for WA license processing prior to start) [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) strictly required [HARDSTOP].
