Job Details
- Position Description: Performs all steps of the nursing process, including assessing patients, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, while ensuring compliance with the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory standards, and hospital policies.
- Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, experience in ICU setting preferred, no minimum years of experience required.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse demonstrates leadership in professional practice, effectively communicates across teams, and contributes to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Self-assessment and ongoing professional development are integral to the role, including maintaining licensure and certifications.
