Job Description & Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required.
• Must have experience in a Level I or Level II trauma facility with 250+ beds.
• Must be able to independently manage critically ill patients.
• Experience titrating vasopressor drips is mandatory and must be documented on the resume or skills checklist.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Experience managing critically ill neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma, medical, and surgical patients.
• Must be able to manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips.
• Must be able to assist with bedside procedures, including RSI, EVD placement, tracheostomy, and line placement.
• Must call the facility before each shift to confirm the assigned critical care unit/location.
• Must be willing to float across critical care units and, if needed, Med-Surg..

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS — AHA required.
• ACLS — AHA required.
• NIHSS required.

LICENSE

• Active North Dakota or compact-state RN license required.
• License may be submitted with the application.
