Submission Requirements: \n\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) \n\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience. \n\n4-5 years of ICU experience preferred, 2 years min \n\nREQUIRED TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n\nSkills Checklist matching specialty \n\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics \n\nCurrent AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS \n\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses. \n\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission \n\nEMR Exp Required: EPIC \n\nJob Description: \n\nUnit: ICU \n\nShift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) \n\nMust have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex \n\nHeart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority! Floating Required: Yes \n\nScrub Color: Navy \n\nUnit Specifics: \n\nBeds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14 Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding) Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
