Job Summary:
Minnesota-based ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing holistic patient care for neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the life cycle. The RN will execute nursing standards, develop and revise care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and participate actively in practice improvement and customer care enhancement. The role may require floating to other ICUs and medical/surgical units as needed.

- Position Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides holistic, patient-centered care across various age groups, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN practices independently, collaboratively, and within delegated functions in accordance with standards and competencies specific to the assigned service area. Responsibilities include care development, care coordination, delegation, and participation in practice and environment improvement initiatives. RNs may be required to float to other ICUs and medical/surgical units if staffing needs arise.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota nursing license or temporary license with application, 1+ years of relevant experience, BLS, ACLS from AHA or ARC, experience with fresh open-heart surgery patients, interpretation of cardiac rhythms, Epic electronic medical record system experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Impella and Balloon Pumps, adult and geriatric population experience.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Submission Requirements: Work history current to 1 year, skills checklist, and two supervisory references with employment dates listed.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA and include all RTO (Request for Time Off) requests at the time of submittal.
